They were professionals and communicated well with use. Eventful day as they were standing in our backyard a sycamore tree from spontaneous fell. They immediately went over and helped the homeowner with cutting.

Brian and his team at Timberline took down a very large oak located very near our house and driveway.  The team was careful and methodical during removal.  They took steps to protect our windows and siding during the process.  The driveway was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.  My husband asked them to leave him a little firewood in the process and they cut perfect length firewood and left it neatly stacked to one side.  Brian is super responsive and easy to work with in the couple of times he's done work for us.  Highest marks on all fronts.  Will never use another tree service.  You guys are AWESOME, Brian, thanks!  S. I've worked with the guys at Timberline on an as needed basis, climbing, trimming & removing trees; Brian (the owner) really treats his guys great, and there is a loyalty between them that you dont typically find with tree services in Des Moines (most tree services have a high turnover, but that is not the case with Timberline).  Brian has high quality work standards, and you can tell that his guys are proud of their work.  Great company to work for; as a customer, you can trust that you are getting quality work from people that you can feel good about supporting with your patronage.
